Neil Skene vs Azam Welshel

Boxing Daily Report from the Smokin Joe promoted show at California Memorial Stadium, San Francisco,  taking place on 11/10/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Neil Skene (19(12) - 1(1)) who hails from Boston, USA and Azam Welshel(22(2) - 12(5) - 2) from Zarqa, Jordan.  Both Skene and Welshel weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Billy Fergusson, and the three ringside judges are Robert Juarez, Barry Maxton and Peter Bara.  

Round 1: 

Welshel pivots to the left of his opponent.  Welshel tries to land a right hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a cross.

At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Welshel's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.  Welshel's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Welshel's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Welshel dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Skene quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Welshel lands a sharp left hook.

Welshel attempts to land a left hook, but Skene dodges the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Welshel sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Skene connects with a FIERCE cross.  IT LOOKS LIKE WELSHEL WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Welshel is looking to keep his distance.  Some sustained pressure from Skene could be enough to finish Welshel! Welshel throws a right hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a nasty right hook.  IT LOOKS LIKE WELSHEL WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Skene steps inside.  Skene senses Welshel is in trouble...he is looking to finish him off!  Skene lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  He then lands two consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents head, AND DROPS WELSHEL!  He makes it to one knee, but is unable to rise any further as the ref counts 10!  The winner by KO is Skene!
