Jeffrey Nys vs Seymour Belizaire

Boxing Daily Report from the Wigwam Promotions promoted show at Marius Ndiaye Arena, Dakar,  taking place on 27/08/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the Western African Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Joltin’ Jeffrey Nys (50(23) - 3(1)) who hails from Dakar, Senegal and Seymour Belizaire(23 - 9(1) - 3) from Abidjan, Ivory Coast.  Both Nys and Belizaire weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Audric Trzeguet, and the three ringside judges are Turiau Millot, Aramis Gassama and Valentin Gasson.  

Round 1: 

Nys gets on the inside and lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  Nys clinches his opponent.  Nys leans on his opponent using all his weight. Nys pushes his forearm into Belizaire's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Nys about fouling.  
Nys lands a jab to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Nys advances into close range and lands a right hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Nys cuts off the ring, trapping Belizaire on the ropes.  Nys throws a left uppercut, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Nys clinches his opponent.  Nys leans on his opponent using all his weight. Nys pushes his forearm into Belizaire's face.  The referee warns Nys and breaks the clinch.

Nys manages to force Belizaire into a neutral corner.  Nys lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Nys holds on to his opponent.  Nys tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Belizaire's kidney.

Nys throws a right uppercut, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Nys clinches his opponent.  Nys leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Belizaire advances into close range.  Nys throws a right hook, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Nys clinches his opponent.  Nys leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.

Nys lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Nys closes the distance and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.

Nys knows it could take just a few clean shots to force the stoppage.  Nys lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body, AND DOWN GOES BELIZAIRE!  He is back up on his feet at 5.  It looks like Belizaire has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.

Nys lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents ribs.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Nys dabs at his face checking for damage.
