The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-South Cotabato Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Carlos Puyat (7 - 19(1) - 3) who hails from Koronadal, Philippines and Miguel Pagangpang(3 - 1) from General Santos, Philippines.  Both Puyat and Pagangpang weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Cipriano Ouano, and the three ringside judges are Gabriel Miron, Hernan Pavon and Stuart Dumalag.
