Kenji Sakamoto vs Eiji Tobe

Boxing Daily Report from the Japan’s Boxing promoted show at Shinji Sugimoto Gym, Nagoya,  taking place on 09/09/2034:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Aichi Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kenji Sakamoto (5 - 22(2) - 7) who hails from Nagoya, Japan and Eiji Tobe(11 - 20 - 4) from Nagoya, Japan.  Both Sakamoto and Tobe weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jun Fujii, and the three ringside judges are Aoi Imada, Hiro Taketa and Mikio Yasuda.  

Round 1: 

Tobe closes the distance and walks his opponent down, trapping him in the red corner.  As Tobe tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Sakamoto dabs at his face checking for damage.
