Merrel Kupp vs Geomar Blaeser

Boxing Daily Report from the RJM Boxing promoted show at Bigbox Allg�u, Munich,  taking place on 25/09/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Germany Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SPORT1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Merrel Kupp (18(5) - 9(7) - 1) who hails from Augsburg, Germany and Geomar Blaeser(39(27) - 6(5) - 1) from Hanover, Germany.  Both Kupp and Blaeser weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Archimbald Marzen, and the three ringside judges are Archimbald Marzen, Wendell Jahr and Wendell Jahr.  

Round 1: 

Blaeser lands a jab followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  Blaeser throws a cross, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.
