Labaron Bault vs Alexandre Guimard

Boxing Daily Report from the Dakessian Promotions promoted show at Sacha Apollinaire Gym, Villeurbanne,  taking place on 24/09/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the France-Rhone-Alpes Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Labaron Bault (10 - 14(1) - 3) who hails from Lyon, France and Alexandre Guimard(12 - 22(3) - 4) from Saint-Etienne, France.  Both Bault and Guimard weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alexandre Courtellemont, and the three ringside judges are Marc Bayne, Newell Laude and Didier de Laroche.  

Round 1: 

Bault is on target with a left uppercut.  
Guimard steps to the outside.  Bault tries to land a cross, but Guimard sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Guimard throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Bault closes the distance.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Bault dabs at his face checking for damage.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Bault.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.
