Alejandro Mejias vs Jose Merlin

Boxing Daily Report from the Sianga Promotions promoted show at Jeraldo De la Fuente Gym, Cali,  taking place on 29/09/2034:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Colombia-Valle del Cauca Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alejandro Mejias (6 - 8 - 4) who hails from Cali, Colombia and Jose Merlin(6 - 7 - 2) from Cali, Colombia.  Both Mejias and Merlin weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rodrigo Saez, and the three ringside judges are Santiago Paredes, Carlos Arabia and Vicente Cuenca.
