Aoi Soda vs Daiki Nomura

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Aichi promoted show at Toyota Miyoshi, Toyota,  taking place on 03/10/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Aoi Soda (21(10) - 0) who hails from Kyoto, Japan and Daiki Nomura(17(2) - 1(1) - 1) from Nagoya, Japan.  Soda weighed in at 112 pounds, while Nomura weighed in at 111 pounds And 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Daiki Onishi, and the three ringside judges are Michi Kawata, Kenji Matsushima and Aoi Imada.  

Round 1: 

Soda closes the distance.  Soda pivots to the right of his opponent and is on target with a stinging right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Soda manouvers his opponent into the corner.  Soda sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Nomura is on target with a jab to Soda's body.  
Soda closes the distance.  Nomura tries to land a left hook, but Soda sidesteps and counters with a spiteful left uppercut.  NOMURA WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Nomura almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Nomura lands with a sharp jab.  Nomura throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Soda pivots from in front of his opponent and lands two jabs to the body, and one to the head.  
Soda lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Nomura tries to keep the action at long range and snaps his opponents head back with a sharp jab.  
Soda advances into close range.  Nomura throws a right uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Soda voluntarily retreats back onto the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Nomura accepts the invitation, throwing powerful combos, but is unable to land anything on Soda.  
Soda connects with a right hook.  
Nomura lands a solid right uppercut.  Nomura attempts to land a left uppercut, but Soda slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Nomura gets on the inside.  Nomura pivots to the right of his opponent.  Nomura hits home with a firm right hook.  Nomura tries to land a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Soda lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Nomura tries to keep the action at long range.  Soda hits home with a solid jab.  
Soda is on target with a jab.  
Soda advances into close range.  Soda is on target with a WICKED left hook.  IT LOOKS LIKE NOMURA WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Nomura.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.  Nomura recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Nomura pivots to the left of his opponent.  Nomura throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a sharp left hook.  
Soda tries to land a jab, but Nomura sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Nomura connects with a right hook.  
Soda is on target with a jab.  
Soda gets on the inside.  Nomura pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a left uppercut.  
Nomura gets on the inside.  Soda lands a stinging left hook.  
Nomura is looking to close the distance.  Soda lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Nomura recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Nomura tries to land a right hook, but Soda sidesteps and counters with a left hook.

Soda closes the distance.  Nomura quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and hits home with a right uppercut.  
Nomura tries to step out of his opponents range and tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a sharp left uppercut.  
Soda lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Nomura gets on the inside and throws a left hook, but Soda holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Soda pushes his forearm into Nomura's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Nomura is on target with a right uppercut to Soda's body.  
Nomura attempts to land a left uppercut, but Soda dodges the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Nomura is looking to keep his distance.  Soda tries to land a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Soda lands a jab.  
Nomura lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Nomura strikes his opponents body with a cross.  
Soda gets on the inside and digs in a sharp right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Nomura tries to keep the action at long range.  Soda hits home with a firm overhand left.  
Nomura pivots to the left of his opponent.  Soda lands a right hook.  
Soda throws a left hook, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Soda holds on to his opponent.  Nomura is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks Soda's hold and signals for the fight to continue.
