Ovidio Vilchis vs Miguel Parras

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Paraguay-Alto Parana Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ovidio Vilchis (10 - 8(1) - 3) who hails from Ciudad del Este, Paraguay and Miguel Parras(13 - 3(2) - 1) from Ciudad del Este, Paraguay.  Both Vilchis and Parras weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Antonio Vallecillo, and the three ringside judges are Carlos Lopez, Antonio Vallecillo and Vegas Vara.
