Ronald McMahon vs Pyotr Matuzhanov

Boxing Daily Report from the Ringside Promotions promoted show at Swansea University International Sports Village, Swansea,  taking place on 15/10/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Celtic Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ronald McMahon (21(16) - 1(1)) who hails from Aberdeen, UK and Pyotr Matuzhanov(12(5) - 2(1)) from Cork, Ireland.  Both McMahon and Matuzhanov weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dale Carrick, and the three ringside judges are Griffith Batton, Joshua Gillespie and Terry Lyons.  

Round 1: 

McMahon finds the target with a jab.  
McMahon pivots from in front of his opponent and drives a left hook into his opponents liver.  
McMahon quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands with a spiteful jab.  
Matuzhanov lands a stinging jab.

McMahon SLAMS a WICKED overhand left into his opponents face.  MATUZHANOV WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Matuzhanov recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
McMahon lands a jab to the body, a cross to the head and a jab to the body.  
McMahon lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
McMahon lands an overhand right followed by a jab to his opponents head.

The ref sends McMahon to the neutral corner.  He threatens Matuzhanov with a point deduction if he keeps fouling.  
McMahon is looking to keep his distance.  Matuzhanov tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a stinging cross.  
McMahon feints a left hook, and then lands a cross followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.

Matuzhanov throws a left uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a WICKED right hook.  MATUZHANOV WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Matuzhanov quickly recovers.

Matuzhanov gets on the inside.  McMahon is on target with a right hook to Matuzhanov's body.  
McMahon steps to the outside.  McMahon senses Matuzhanov is in trouble...he is looking to finish him off!  McMahon lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a double left hook to his opponents head, AND SENDS MATUZHANOV SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He tries to rise on shaky legs but Matuzhanov cant beat the count!  The winner by KO is McMahon!
