John Weddell vs Robert McConchie

Boxing Daily Report from the Ililonga Promotions promoted show at Madison Neagle, Madison,  taking place on 06/10/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Wisconsin Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Weddell (7 - 10(1) - 1) who hails from Milwaukee, USA and Robert McConchie(13 - 15(1) - 4) from Madison, USA.  Both Weddell and McConchie weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Davie Ugbusien, and the three ringside judges are Richard Cavanagh, Sean Picard and Alastair Shortt.  

Round 1: 

Weddell switches the action to the outside.  McConchie is on target with a jab.  
McConchie lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
McConchie drives a right hook into his opponents body.  
McConchie finds the target with a jab.

McConchie manages to force Weddell into a corner.  McConchie quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  
McConchie closes the distance and walks his opponent down, trapping him in the corner.  McConchie drives a right hook into Weddell's ribcage.  
McConchie closes the distance and lands a left hook.  
At the end of Round 3, lets listen in on the corners...Weddell's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

McConchie quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a cross.  
Weddell steps to the outside and throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
McConchie gets on the inside.  Weddell throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref ignores McConchie's complaints and signals for the action to continue.
