Juan Ortiz vs Nicandro Mellado

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Cuba-Las Tunas promoted show at Orlando Rodriguez Gym, Las Tunas,  taking place on 20/10/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Cuba-Las Tunas Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Juan Ortiz (14 - 9 - 8) who hails from Las Tunas, Cuba and Nicandro Mellado(6 - 5) from Las Tunas, Cuba.  Ortiz weighed in at 139 pounds and 10 ounces, while Mellado weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Cruz Cruzado, and the three ringside judges are Jesus Ector, Juan Sardina and Lorenzo Balasco.
