Angel Feliz vs Frisco Rapoza

Boxing Daily Report from the Chola Promotions promoted show at Brasilia Moreira, Brasilia,  taking place on 23/10/2034:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Brazil-Distrito Federal Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV Esporte Interativo, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Angel Feliz (26(7) - 1) who hails from Brasilia, Brazil and Frisco Rapoza(33 - 10(2) - 7) from Brasilia, Brazil.  Both Feliz and Rapoza weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Frisco Pires, and the three ringside judges are Santiago Figueiredo, Miguel Belo and Rodrigo Pedroso.  

Round 1: 

Feliz hits home with a sharp left hook.  
Feliz gets on the inside.  Feliz backs onto the ropes...he is waving his opponent in!  Rapoza accepts the invitation, throwing powerful combos, but is unable to land anything on Feliz.  
Feliz lands a left hook.  
Feliz hits home with a stinging right hook.  
Rapoza sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Feliz lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Feliz lands a left hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Rapoza sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Feliz lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Feliz tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a jab to Rapoza's body.  
Feliz steps inside and lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  He follows up the attack and lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Feliz lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Feliz connects with a left uppercut.  
Feliz steps away from his opponent and is on target with a jab.  
Rapoza hits home with a cross.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Rapoza's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Rapoza's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.

Feliz steps to the outside and lands an overhand right followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Rapoza throws a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Feliz is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  Feliz clinches his opponent.  Feliz pushes his forearm into Rapoza's face.  The referee warns Feliz and breaks the clinch.  
Rapoza throws a right hook, but Feliz ties up his opponent.  Feliz is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Rapoza waits at the mid-range with a lowered guard, waiting for his opponent to throw a punch.  Feliz hits the target with a solid jab.  
Feliz advances into close range and hits home with a solid left hook.  
Feliz is looking to close the distance.  Feliz lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the body. The right shot from Feliz could be enough to force the stoppage!  Feliz lands a cross, left uppercut and a right uppercut to his opponents head, KNOCKING RAPOZA DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 7.  It looks like Rapoza has now recovered from that shot earlier.

Rapoza pivots to the side of his opponent.  Feliz hits home with a sharp jab.  
Feliz lands a left uppercut to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a left hook to the body.

Rapoza tries to land a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a firm right hook.  
Feliz gets on the inside and lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  Feliz holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Feliz pushes his forearm into Rapoza's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Feliz about fouling.  
Feliz advances into close range and lands a left hook followed by  two right hooks to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Rapoza almost instantly gets his legs back.
