Chris Crear vs Mark Aitken

Boxing Daily Report from the Bamford Promotions promoted show at Kanda Gym, Vancouver,  taking place on 03/11/2034:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Chris Crear (21(18) - 1(1)) who hails from Toronto, Canada and Mark Aitken(4 - 8(1) - 1) from Toronto, Canada.  Both Crear and Aitken weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is James Wark, and the three ringside judges are Arthur Brown, Mark Jones and Michael Crosbie.  

Round 1: 

Crear advances into close range and lands a left uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  
Crear steps to the outside and lands two straights followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Crear steps away from his opponent and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Crear hits home with a stinging jab.  
Aitken sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Crear lands a left hook to the body followed by a jab to the head.  Crear tries to land a left hook, but Aitken blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Crear switches the action to the outside and lands a solid cross.  
Crear is looking to keep his distance and lands an overhand right followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Crear closes the distance and is on target with a left hook.  Crear holds on to his opponent.  Crear pushes his forearm into Aitken's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Crear is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands an overhand right followed by  two jabs to his opponents head.  
Crear lands a cross.  
Crear is on target with a firm cross.  
Crear gets on the inside and is on target with a sharp left hook.  
Crear steps to the outside and hits home with a sharp cross.  
Aitken walks his opponent into a corner.  Crear hits the target with a spiteful jab.

Crear feints a right, and then drives a left hook into Aitken's body.  
Crear lands with a spiteful jab.  
Crear gets on the inside and digs in a left uppercut to Aitken's ribs.  
Crear switches the action to the outside and hits the target with a spiteful jab.  
Crear switches the action to the outside and lands a cross, overhand right and a cross to his opponents head.  
Crear is looking to close the distance and lands a right hook.  Crear ties up his opponent.  Crear leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. As they grapple, Crear pushes his forearm into Aitken's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Crear lands with a sharp jab.

Crear is looking to keep his distance.  Crear feints a cross, tricking Aitken into countering with a right uppercut.  Crear springs the trap, countering with  a left hook.  
Crear feints a left hook, and then lands a cross to the body, a cross to the head and a jab to the head.  
Crear steps inside and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Crear steps away from his opponent and hits home with an overhand right.  
Crear gets on the inside and drives a left hook into his opponents ribs.  
Aitken throws a left hook, but Crear ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Crear pushes his forearm into Aitken's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Crear about fouling.  
Crear lands an overhand right to the head followed by a cross to the body, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Aitken quickly recovers.

Crear is looking to close the distance and drives a left hook into Aitken's ribs.  
Crear lands an overhand right followed by  two jabs to his opponents head.  
Crear is looking to keep his distance and lands a jab to the head, a cross to the body and an overhand right to the head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Aitken quickly recovers. 
Crear is looking to close the distance and lands a left uppercut to the body, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the body, AND DROPS AITKEN TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 6.  
The right shot from Crear could be enough to force the stoppage!  Crear lands a cross followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head, AND KNOCKS AITKEN DOWN!  He fails to beat the count!  The winner by KO is Crear!
