Antwan Drennan vs John Trott

Boxing Daily Report from the Kessels Promotions promoted show at Shreveport Boliver, Shreveport,  taking place on 04/11/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Deep South Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Antwan Drennan (15 - 23(2) - 3) who hails from Lexington, USA and John Trott(18(4) - 1 - 1(NC)) from New Orleans, USA.  Both Drennan and Trott weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Arthur Tran, and the three ringside judges are Chris Nisbett, George Mattison and Adam Morris.  

Round 1: 

Drennan throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Drennan tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a sharp left uppercut.

Trott is looking to close the distance and lands a stinging left hook.  
Trott manouvers his opponent into a corner.  Trott pivots from in front of his opponent and lands two consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents head.  
Trott drives a right hook into his opponents body.  
Trott lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the head and a left uppercut to the body.  
Trott gets on the inside and lands a stinging left hook.  
Trott walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Trott lands a left uppercut to the body, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the head.

Drennan tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a double jab to his opponents head.

Trott closes the distance.  Trott quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and connects with a sharp left hook.  
Trott forces Drennan to retreat into the blue corner.  Trott lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Drennan's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  Drennan's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Drennan's trainer is advising how he could improve his defence.
