Zach Weddle vs Jacob Kerwood

Boxing Daily Report from the John Wayne promoted show at Indianapolis Masterton, Indianapolis,  taking place on 04/11/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Indiana Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Zach Weddle (18(7) - 0) who hails from Indianapolis, USA and Jacob Kerwood(11 - 17(1) - 3) from Fort Wayne, USA.  Weddle weighed in at 174 pounds and 13 ounces, while Kerwood weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Joseph Nicolson, and the three ringside judges are Bob Nabb, Bruce Nish and Jamie Craig.  

Round 1: 

Kerwood switches the action to the outside.  Weddle feints a right hook, and then tries to land a jab, but Kerwood parries the shot and counters with a cross.  
Weddle steps inside and lands a left hook.  
Weddle is looking to close the distance and lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents ribs.
