Gig Rumbo vs Oro Polon

Boxing Daily Report from the Eghigian Promotions promoted show at Medellin Tafolla, Medellin,  taking place on 11/11/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Colombia Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on CARACOL, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Gig Rumbo (15 - 16 - 8) who hails from Bogota, Colombia and Oro Polon(14 - 15 - 3 - 1(NC)) from Medellin, Colombia.  Rumbo weighed in at 122 pounds, while Polon weighed in at 121 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Fausto Sergio, and the three ringside judges are Vidal Lopez, Lorenzo Sarinana and Seferino Vaca.  

Round 1: 

Rumbo digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  
Polon gets on the inside.  Polon pivots to the side of his opponent.  Polon throws a right uppercut, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Polon lands a right hook followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Rumbo steps away from his opponent and is on target with a jab.

Rumbo closes the distance.  Polon throws a left hook, but Rumbo ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Polon pushes his forearm into Rumbo's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Rumbo switches the action to the outside.  Polon lands a cross.
