Dan Collinson vs Jaka Timur

Boxing Daily Report from the Jon Crosby promoted show at Luna Park Big Top, Sydney,  taking place on 02/12/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dan Collinson (9(8) - 0) who hails from Auckland, New Zealand and Jaka Timur(12 - 28(1) - 3) from Jakarta, Indonesia.  Collinson weighed in at 130 pounds, while Timur weighed in at 129 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Bob Hails, and the three ringside judges are Darryl Elliot, Bob Solomon and Billy Petruccioli.  

Round 1: 

Timur connects with a left hook.  
Collinson closes the distance.  Timur throws a right hook, but Collinson holds on to his opponent.  Collinson pushes his forearm into Timur's face.  The referee warns Collinson and breaks the clinch.  
Collinson lands a jab followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Collinson advances into close range and lands a left hook, right hook and a left hook to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Timur recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Timur steps inside.  Collinson throws a left hook, but his opponent steps away from the punch.  Collinson clinches his opponent.  Collinson leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Collinson digs in a right hook to Timur's ribs.  Collinson clinches his opponent.  Collinson leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Collinson's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Collinson sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Collinson connects with a left hook.  Collinson holds on to his opponent.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Collinson steps inside and hits home with a sharp left uppercut.  
Collinson connects with a left hook.  
Collinson quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Timur tries to land a right hook, but Collinson dodges the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Collinson lands a left uppercut to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a right uppercut to the body.  Collinson holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Collinson pushes his forearm into Timur's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Collinson about fouling.  
Collinson lands two consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents head.  
Collinson is on target with a solid left hook.  
Collinson is on target with a stiff jab.  
Collinson tries to step out of his opponents range and hits home with a cross.  
Collinson lands a right hook to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a left hook to the head.  Collinson ties up his opponent.  Collinson throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The referee warns Collinson and breaks the clinch.  
Collinson pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  
Collinson closes the distance and is on target with a firm left hook.  Collinson ties up his opponent.  Collinson is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Collinson manouvers his opponent into the corner.  Collinson feints a jab, fooling Timur into throwing a right hook counter.  Collinson springs the trap, countering with  a forceful left uppercut to Timur's body.  IT LOOKS LIKE TIMUR WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Collinson advances into close range.  Some sustained pressure from Collinson could be enough to finish Timur!  Collinson lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body, KNOCKING TIMUR DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  
Collinson whips in a HUGE left uppercut to Timur's liver.  TIMUR IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 7.  
Collinson digs in a telling right hook to Timur's ribcage.  TIMUR IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 5.  It looks like Timur has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Timur's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Timur's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  Timur's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Timur's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

Collinson whips in a nasty left uppercut to Timur's ribs.  TIMUR WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Timur recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Collinson lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Collinson lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Collinson quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Timur throws a right hook, but Collinson clinches his opponent.  Collinson leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The referee breaks up the clinch and lectures Collinson to stop holding.  
Collinson lands a left uppercut to the head, a right hook to the head and a right uppercut to the body.  
Collinson tries to keep the action at long range and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Collinson sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a CRUSHING right hook.  TIMUR IS HURT!  Timur recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Collinson lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  
Collinson is looking to force the stoppage!  Collinson digs in a forceful right uppercut to his opponents ribs.  TIMUR IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 5.  
Collinson lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body, AND TIMUR IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He is unable to get up before the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Collinson!
