Darryl Dorward vs Johnny Harrower

Boxing Daily Report from the Jon Crosby promoted show at University of Newcastle Sports Hall, Newcastle,  taking place on 18/11/2034:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Darryl Dorward (5(1) - 0) who hails from Melbourne, Australia and Johnny Harrower(9 - 11(1) - 6) from Melbourne, Australia.  Dorward weighed in at 229 pounds and 11 ounces, while Harrower weighed in at 230 pounds and 5 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Chris Sneden, and the three ringside judges are Michael Taggart, Ethan Zeatounian and Ethan Smillie.  

Round 1:

Dorward leans on his opponent using all his weight. As they grapple, Dorward pushes his forearm into Harrower's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Dorward.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Harrower dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Dorward manages to force Harrower into the corner.  Dorward is on target with a solid left uppercut to his opponents liver.  
Dorward lands a right uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  
Dorward lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Dorward lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.
