Vernon Loeb vs Vivien Lacan

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Belgium-Capital Region promoted show at Bayard Nolle Gym, Schaerbeek,  taking place on 19/11/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Belgium-Capital Region Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Vernon Loeb (10 - 15 - 2) who hails from Schaerbeek, Belgium and Vivien Lacan(19 - 2 - 1) from Anderlecht, Belgium.  Both Loeb and Lacan weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Saber de Lisle, and the three ringside judges are Varil Calmat, Vernon Bobet and Similien Voisin.
