Ali Shaker vs Dylan Ip

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Malaysia-Selangor promoted show at Umair Azam Gym, Shah Alam,  taking place on 29/11/2034:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Malaysia-Selangor Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ali Shaker (20 - 9 - 2) who hails from Shah Alam, Malaysia and Dylan Ip(16 - 4) from Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.  Both Shaker and Ip weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Shayan Zadeh, and the three ringside judges are Ibrahim Khalaf, Rashid Bhutto and Sajid Madani.  

Round 1: 

Ip advances into close range and lands a left uppercut to the body, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Shaker is looking to keep his distance and is on target with a cross.  
Ip gets on the inside and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Ip pivots to the side of his opponent.  Ip drives a right hook into Shaker's ribs.  Ip tries to land a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Ip lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Ip is on target with a left hook to Shaker's body.  
Shaker tries to keep the action at long range and is on target with a jab.  
Ip sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Shaker lands a cross.  
Ip gets on the inside.  Ip connects with a right hook.  Ip ties up his opponent.  Ip tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Shaker behind the head. The ref separates the two fighters.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Ip.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.  
Ip steps inside and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.

Shaker pivots from in front of his opponent and is on target with a cross.  
Shaker switches the action to the outside and finds the target with a jab.  
Ip is looking to close the distance.  Ip quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Ip closes the distance.  Ip sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Shaker switches the action to the outside and lands a cross.  
Shaker connects with an overhand left.  
Shaker lands a cross.  
Ip manouvers Shaker onto the ropes.  Ip lands a right hook, left hook and a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Ip lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Shaker tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Shaker is on target with a cross.  
Ip sidesteps to the left of his opponent and throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref stops the action.  The ref sends Shaker to the neutral corner.  He lectures Ip but does not take away a point.

Ip advances into close range and walks Shaker down, trapping him in the corner.  Ip quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Ip gets on the inside and is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  
Ip lands a left uppercut to the body, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the body.  
Ip hits home with a left hook.  Ip ties up his opponent.  Ip uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Shaker's kidney. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Ip to stop fouling.
