Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Brisbane Entertainment Centre, Brisbane,  taking place on 09/12/2034:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Australia Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are John McClarnon (24(1) - 21) who hails from Gold Coast, Australia and Ellis Banter(21(2) - 13(8) - 1) from Melbourne, Australia.  Both McClarnon and Banter weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Chris Weir, and the three ringside judges are Ian Rabb, Sam Thomson and Glynn Sear.
