David Aporu vs Robert Mpuga

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Uganda-Northern Region promoted show at Lira Muntu, Lira,  taking place on 05/12/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Uganda-Northern Region Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are David Aporu (5 - 4) who hails from Lira, Uganda and Robert Mpuga(7 - 9 - 3) from Gulu, Uganda.  Aporu weighed in at 139 pounds and 6 ounces, while Mpuga weighed in at 140 pounds and 9 ounces.    As Mpuga came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Yasin Abdelnour, and the three ringside judges are Ricky Ssekimwanyi, Malcolm Kalemazikusoka and Ibeamaka Katumba.
