Ashley Peden vs Bruce Markle

Boxing Daily Report from the Joe Mama promoted show at Sydney Flanagan, Sydney,  taking place on 06/12/2034:

Clearly Joe Mama have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ashley Peden (19(18) - 0) who hails from Perth, Australia and Bruce Markle(3 - 2(1)) from Sydney, Australia.  Both Peden and Markle weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dai Lesley, and the three ringside judges are Chris Sneden, Gethin Bufalini and James Orman.  

Round 1: 

Peden drives a stinging jab into his opponents face.

As they grapple, Peden pushes his forearm into Markle's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Peden about fouling.  
Peden advances into close range and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  Peden clinches his opponent.  Peden leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Peden forces Markle to back into the corner.  Peden lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Peden lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  Peden holds on to his opponent.  Peden leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Peden hits home with a cross.  
Peden steps inside.  Markle throws a right uppercut, but Peden clinches his opponent.  Peden leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Peden manouvers Markle into the blue corner.  Peden lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  Peden clinches his opponent.  Peden uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Markle behind the head. The ref separates the two fighters.

Peden sees his opponent is hurt.  He's looking for the finish!  Peden lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body, AND MARKLE IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He manages to get up at 7.  Markle now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Peden lands a firm right hook.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Peden dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Peden pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a left hook to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a left hook to the body.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  
Peden senses his opponent is hurt.  He is looking to stop Markle and just needs the right shot.  Peden lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body, DROPPING MARKLE TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  It looks like Markle has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.
