Oscar Craigen vs Oscar Hinshaw

Boxing Daily Report from the Skol Promotions promoted show at Papatoetoe Cosmopolitan Club, Auckland,  taking place on 14/12/2034:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Oscar Craigen (21(18) - 0 - 1) who hails from Manukau, New Zealand and Oscar Hinshaw(8 - 15 - 3) from Auckland, New Zealand.  Both Craigen and Hinshaw weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Justin Kahukakanui, and the three ringside judges are James Oakley, Corey Hopper and Henry Ngahoro.  

Round 1: 

Craigen is on target with a stinging left hook to his opponents body.  
Craigen steps inside and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  He follows up the attack and lands two consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents head.  Craigen holds on to his opponent.  Craigen is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Craigen lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents head.  
Craigen digs in a solid left hook to Hinshaw's body.  Craigen ties up his opponent.  Craigen is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Craigen and breaks the clinch.  
Craigen is looking to close the distance and digs in a left hook to Hinshaw's body.  
Craigen lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Craigen pivots to the left of his opponent.  Craigen lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents ribs.  Craigen ties up his opponent.  Craigen leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Hinshaw pivots from in front of his opponent.  Hinshaw attempts to land a jab, but Craigen slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.

Craigen closes the distance and lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Craigen hits home with a stinging cross.  
Hinshaw tries to land a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Craigen gets on the inside and connects with a stinging left uppercut.  
Craigen advances into close range and cuts off the ring, trapping Hinshaw in a corner.  Craigen pivots to the side of his opponent.  Craigen lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  Craigen clinches his opponent.  Craigen is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Craigen tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Hinshaw's kidney. The referee warns Craigen and breaks the clinch.

Craigen lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Craigen forces Hinshaw to back into the ropes.  Hinshaw throws a left hook, but Craigen ties up his opponent.  Craigen is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Craigen's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Craigen lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Craigen pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Craigen is on target with a stinging left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Craigen lands a firm cross.  
Craigen closes the distance and lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head, AND HINSHAW IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He manages to get up at 4.  Hinshaw recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Craigen lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Craigen steps inside and digs in a solid left uppercut to Hinshaw's body.  
Craigen is on target with a stinging left hook.  Craigen holds on to his opponent.  Craigen tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Hinshaw behind the head. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Craigen about fouling.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Hinshaw's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Hinshaw's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Hinshaw tries to step out of his opponents range.  Craigen lands a cross to the body, and then to the head.  
Craigen throws a left hook, but his opponent steps away from the punch.  Craigen ties up his opponent.  Craigen leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The referee breaks up the clinch and lectures Craigen to stop holding.  
Craigen is on target with a stinging cross.  
Hinshaw is on target with a cross.  
Craigen is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a left hook to the head, AND DROPS HINSHAW!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 5.  
Craigen lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  Craigen tries to land a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.
