Ace Benichou vs Tijl Van den Velde

Boxing Daily Report from the Belpit Promo #5 promoted show at Palais 12, Brussels,  taking place on 23/12/2034:

Clearly Belpit Promo #5 have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Belgium Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Belgacom TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Space Ace Benichou (28(6) - 1(1) - 1) who hails from Charleroi, Belgium and Tijl Van den Velde(28(13) - 5(2)) from Ghent, Belgium.  Benichou weighed in at 154 pounds, while Van den Velde weighed in at 154 pounds and 10 ounces.    As Van den Velde came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the titles on the line tonight.  
The referee tonight is Vernon Bobet, and the three ringside judges are Beau Filipacchi, Francis Paradis and Varil Calmat.
