Michael Penman vs Isaac Gurin

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Australia-Queensland promoted show at Cairns Storer, Cairns,  taking place on 17/12/2034:

Clearly AI Australia-Queensland have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Australia-Queensland Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Michael Penman (5(2) - 2(2)) who hails from Brisbane, Australia and Isaac Gurin(6 - 14(1) - 2) from Brisbane, Australia.  Both Penman and Gurin weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Brendan Moultrie, and the three ringside judges are Richie Higgins, Ian Norris and Barry Madden.  

Round 1: 

Penman connects with a solid cross.  
Penman lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Gurin closes the distance.  Penman lands two left hook's to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  Penman holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Penman pushes his forearm into Gurin's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Penman is looking to keep his distance and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Penman is on target with a right hook to his opponents ribcage.  Penman clinches his opponent.  Gurin pushes his forearm into Penman's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Gurin.  
Penman is looking to close the distance and drives a sharp left hook into Gurin's body.  
Penman steps away from his opponent and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Gurin forces Penman to back into the ropes.  Penman digs in a left hook to Gurin's body.  Penman ties up his opponent.  Penman pushes his forearm into Gurin's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Penman pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Penman is on target with a right hook.  
Penman switches the action to the outside.  Penman feints a left hook, but Gurin is not fooled and lands with a left hook.  
Penman hits home with a cross.  
Penman steps inside and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Penman lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the body.  
Penman drives a left uppercut into Gurin's ribs.  
Gurin is on target with a cross.  
Penman gets on the inside and lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  He then lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Penman lands a jab to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Gurin closes the distance.  Penman lands a left hook, right hook and a left hook to his opponents head.  
Penman steps away from his opponent and is on target with a firm cross.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Gurin's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  Gurin's trainer is telling his fighter to tighten his defence.

Penman DETONATES a WICKED overhand right on his opponents face.  GURIN IS HURT!  
Penman stalks his opponent...he just needs the right shot to put his opponent away!  Penman lands a cross to the head, a right hook to the head and a right hook to the body.  He continues the combination and lands a cross followed by  two right hooks to his opponents head, AND DROPS GURIN!  He is back up on his feet at 8.  
Penman lands two straights followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a left hook followed by  two right hooks to his opponents head.  The winner by KO is Penman!
