Antwan Devlin vs Joel Smith

Boxing Daily Report from the Aussie Boxing Academy promoted show at Josh Maitakov Gym, Melbourne,  taking place on 04/12/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Antwan Devlin (0 - 0) who hails from Adelaide, Australia and Joel Smith(4 - 21 - 2) from Sydney, Australia.  Devlin weighed in at 199 pounds and 4 ounces, while Smith weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Glynn Soprano, and the three ringside judges are Brendan Stronach, Stephen MacDougall and Paul Raeburn.  

Round 1: 

Smith sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Devlin is on target with a cross to his opponents body.  
Smith gets on the inside and throws a right hook, but Devlin holds on to his opponent.  Devlin is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Devlin lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Smith closes the distance.  Devlin quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a left uppercut to the head.  
Devlin pivots from in front of his opponent.  Smith is on target with a right hook.  Devlin holds on to his opponent.  Devlin uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Smith behind the head. 
Devlin pivots to the left of his opponent and digs in a solid right hook to his opponents body.

Devlin feints a jab and triggers a left hook counter from Smith.  Devlin springs the trap and counters with  a left uppercut.  
Devlin feints a right, and then lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Smith gets on the inside.  Devlin pivots to the left of his opponent and hits home with a stinging right hook.  
Smith hits home with a right hook.  
Devlin is looking to keep his distance and is on target with an overhand right.  
Devlin tries to step out of his opponents range.  Devlin feints a jab, and then hits home with an overhand right.  
Smith walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Devlin lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
Smith closes the distance and is on target with a right hook.

Devlin is looking to keep his distance and lands two consecutive overhand rights to his opponents head.  Devlin throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Smith is looking to close the distance.  Smith sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Smith throws a right hook, but Devlin holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Devlin pushes his forearm into Smith's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Devlin about fouling.  
Smith manages to force Devlin onto the ropes.  Devlin lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.
