Juan Bosque vs Alejandro Manilag

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-Cebu promoted show at Cebu City Dahilig, Cebu City,  taking place on 31/12/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Cebu Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Juan Bosque (9 - 20 - 5) who hails from Cebu City, Philippines and Alejandro Manilag(10 - 2(2)) from Cebu City, Philippines.  Both Bosque and Manilag weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jair Puyot, and the three ringside judges are Ricardo Olvera, Fanuco Cabili and Billy Cendejas.  

Round 1: 

Manilag closes the distance and lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  Manilag holds on to his opponent.  Manilag is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Manilag is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Manilag to stop fouling.  
Bosque throws a right hook, but Manilag clinches his opponent.  Manilag is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Manilag tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Bosque behind the head. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Manilag.
