Gennady Karelin vs Anton Poloz

Boxing Daily Report from the Mbalula Promotions promoted show at Kolzak Yaroshenko Gym, Yekaterinburg,  taking place on 05/01/2035:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Russia-Sverdlovsk Oblast Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Gennady Karelin (5 - 6 - 1) who hails from Nizhny Tagil, Russia and Anton Poloz(5 - 10(2) - 2) from Yekaterinburg, Russia.  Karelin weighed in at 118 pounds, while Poloz weighed in at 118 pounds And 9 ounces.    As Poloz came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Yulian Saitov, and the three ringside judges are Yulian Saitov, Vasili Karpin and Marlen Prokofyev.
