Ibrahim Mattar vs Maslin Phillippe

Boxing Daily Report from the Gore Promotions promoted show at TD Gardens, Boston,  taking place on 20/01/2035:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Americas Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fox Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Ibrahim Mattar (31(18) - 8(7)) who hails from Los Angeles, USA and Maslin Phillippe(25(3) - 6 - 2) from Port-de-Paix, Haiti.  Mattar weighed in at 103 pounds and 15 ounces, while Phillippe weighed in at 105 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hassan Quadri, and the three ringside judges are Dave Greenan, Cole Connolly and Richard Gwenn.
