Rob Pasley vs Nathan Crookshank

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at Bob Guertin Arena, Gaineau,  taking place on 08/03/2035:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rob Pasley (16(13) - 0) who hails from Quebec City, Canada and Nathan Crookshank(4 - 11 - 1) from Richmond, Canada.  Pasley weighed in at 112 pounds, while Crookshank weighed in at 111 pounds and 3 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Laurent Marceau, and the three ringside judges are Aramis Duvauchelle, Prewitt Gedeon and Aaron Henry.  

Round 1: 

Pasley drives a cross into his opponents body.

Crookshank throws a left hook, but Pasley clinches his opponent.  Pasley is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. As they grapple, Crookshank pushes his forearm into Pasley's face.  The ref breaks Pasley's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Pasley feints a left hook, and then lands a jab.

Crookshank closes the distance.  Pasley lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Pasley ties up his opponent.  The ref breaks Pasley's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  Crookshank recovers before his opponent can take advantage.

Crookshank steps inside.  Pasley lands a double left hook to his opponents head, AND SENDS CROOKSHANK SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  Crookshank almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Pasley lands a firm overhand right.  
Crookshank advances into close range and forces Pasley to back into the ropes.  Pasley digs in a stinging left hook to his opponents liver.  
Pasley steps away from his opponent and lands a solid cross.  
Pasley lands a jab, overhand left and a jab to his opponents head.  
Crookshank gets on the inside.  Pasley is on target with a left uppercut to Crookshank's body.  
Crookshank walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Pasley connects with a left hook.

Pasley is looking to put the pressure on now...he knows a few clean shots could mean an early night.  Pasley lands a left uppercut, left hook and a cross to his opponents head, AND CROOKSHANK IS DOWN!  The count reaches 10, but Crookshank is unable to get up!  The winner by KO is Pasley!
