Lisandro Montemayor vs Selestino Barillas

Boxing Daily Report from the Otoo Promotions promoted show at Ciudad Bolivar Sanchez, Ciudad Bolivar,  taking place on 07/01/2035:

Clearly Otoo Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Venezuela-Bolivar Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Lisandro Montemayor (7 - 12(1)) who hails from Ciudad Guayana, Venezuela and Selestino Barillas(2 - 21 - 2) from Ciudad Guayana, Venezuela.  Both Montemayor and Barillas weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Selestino Borrego, and the three ringside judges are Elias Amescua, Carlos Bailen and Joaquin Abrigo.
