John Janza vs Lavaughn Chalemba

Boxing Daily Report from the Sangweni Promotions promoted show at Lusaka Chakulimba, Lusaka,  taking place on 08/01/2035:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Zambia-Lusaka Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Janza (7 - 4(1)) who hails from Lusaka, Zambia and Lavaughn Chalemba(3 - 6(1) - 1) from Lusaka, Zambia.  Janza weighed in at 199 pounds and 8 ounces, while Chalemba weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kadeem Magande, and the three ringside judges are Peter Shona, Mashawn Nkandu and Quarren Chellah.

Chalemba closes the distance and manages to force Janza onto the ropes.  Chalemba drives a right uppercut into Janza's body.  
Janza tries to keep the action at long range.  Chalemba lands a cross.  
Chalemba throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Chalemba walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Janza finds the target with a jab.

That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Chalemba.  That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.
