Jake Redhead vs Sean Conant

Boxing Daily Report from the Jon Crosby promoted show at Luna Park Big Top, Sydney,  taking place on 13/01/2035:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jake Redhead (9(2) - 1) who hails from Wollongong, Australia and Sean Conant(2 - 6 - 1) from Gold Coast, Australia.  Redhead weighed in at 118 pounds, while Conant weighed in at 117 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is John Kokes, and the three ringside judges are Hugh Bobko, Richard Bean and Hugh MacMaster.  

Round 1: 

Redhead advances into close range and throws a right uppercut, but his opponent slips the punch.  Redhead clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Redhead pushes his forearm into Conant's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Redhead lands a right uppercut to the body, a left uppercut to the body and a right uppercut to the head.  
Redhead manages to force Conant into a neutral corner.  Redhead pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a right uppercut, left hook and a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Redhead is on target with a sharp right uppercut to Conant's body.  Redhead holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Redhead pushes his forearm into Conant's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Redhead is on target with a stinging right hook to Conant's body.  Redhead holds on to his opponent.  Redhead is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Redhead.
