Floyd Shirar vs Morgan Kimes

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Canada-Manitoba promoted show at Lionel Beaubien Gym, Winnipeg,  taking place on 20/01/2035:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Canada-Manitoba Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Floyd Shirar (12 - 14(1) - 4) who hails from Winnipeg, Canada and Morgan Kimes(7 - 11(1) - 3) from Winnipeg, Canada.  Shirar weighed in at 130 pounds, while Kimes weighed in at 129 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Leon Thomson, and the three ringside judges are Zachary Hairston, Blake Brydon and Chris Tillery.  

Round 1: 

Kimes is looking to close the distance and hits home with a right hook.
