William Telfer vs Fidel Parras

Boxing Daily Report from the Smokin Joe promoted show at Qualcomm Stadium, San Diego,  taking place on 14/03/2035:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Wild William Telfer (46(41) - 7(7)) who hails from New York City, USA and Fidel Parras(23(1) - 10(6)) from Córdoba, Argentina.  Both Telfer and Parras weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Robert Wyllie, and the three ringside judges are Hayden Abraham, David Madoc and Kieran Smail.  

Round 1: 

Telfer lands a jab, cross and a jab to his opponents head.

Parras manouvers Telfer onto the ropes.  Parras drives a left uppercut into Telfer's liver.  
Telfer is looking to keep his distance.  Telfer feints a cross, and then lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Telfer lands with a hard jab.  Telfer attempts to land a jab, but Parras blocks the shot and counters with a sharp cross.  
Parras gets on the inside.  Telfer drives a left hook into Parras's body.  
Parras manouvers Telfer onto the ropes.  Parras lands a left hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  Telfer holds on to his opponent.  Parras leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Parras lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Parras tries to land a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Telfer lands a stinging right hook.  
Telfer tries to step out of his opponents range and is on target with a hurtful cross.  PARRAS WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Parras quickly recovers. 
Parras tries to land a right hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a solid left uppercut.  
Telfer is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Telfer feints a right, and then lands a cross to the head, a jab to the body and a cross to the body.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Parras's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  Parras's trainer is advising how he could improve his defence.

Telfer feints a right hook, and then finds the target with a jab.  
Parras gets on the inside and is on target with a right hook to Telfer's body.  Parras attempts to land a right hook, but Telfer blocks the shot and counters with a solid left hook to his opponents body.  
Telfer switches the action to the outside and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Telfer lands an overhand right followed by a jab to his opponents head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Parras quickly recovers. 
Parras is looking to close the distance.  Telfer pivots to the right of his opponent.  Telfer attempts to land a left hook, but Parras parries the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Parras forces Telfer to retreat onto the ropes.  Parras attempts to land a left uppercut, but Telfer blocks the shot and counters with a SAVAGE right uppercut.  IT LOOKS LIKE PARRAS WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Parras almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Parras lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  Telfer clinches his opponent.  Parras leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Telfer quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and hits home with a ramrod jab.  
Telfer switches the action to the outside and lands with a stiff jab.  
Telfer lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Telfer lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Telfer feints a left, and then is on target with a sharp cross.  
Parras lands a stinging overhand right.  Parras tries to land a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a FEROCIOUS left hook.  PARRAS WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Parras quickly recovers. 
Telfer lands an overhand left followed by a jab to his opponents head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  
Telfer knows Parras is hurt...he is putting the pressure on now, looking for the stoppage.  Telfer lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head, AND PARRAS IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He remains on the canvas as the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Telfer!
