James Houdon vs Gareth Vallance

Boxing Daily Report from the Basemera Promotions promoted show at Telo Latham Gym, Montreal,  taking place on 21/01/2035:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Canada-Quebec Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are James Houdon (10 - 10(1) - 1 - 1(NC)) who hails from Montreal, Canada and Gareth Vallance(20(3) - 1(1)) from Montreal, Canada.  Houdon weighed in at 175 pounds, while Vallance weighed in at 174 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Granger Hinault, and the three ringside judges are Michael Patillo, Destin Dauphin and Prewitt Gedeon.  

Round 1: 

Vallance is looking to close the distance and drives a firm right hook into his opponents body.
