Hikaru Tsuchiya vs Satoru Sanda

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Chiba promoted show at Matsudo Seto, Matsudo,  taking place on 27/01/2035:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Chiba Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hikaru Tsuchiya (3 - 4 - 2) who hails from Chiba, Japan and Satoru Sanda(10 - 3) from Matsudo, Japan.  Tsuchiya weighed in at 134 pounds, while Sanda weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Fumio Taketa, and the three ringside judges are Jun Shiro, Michi Sakaguchi and Yoshi Uehara.  

Round 1: 

Sanda lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Tsuchiya feints a right hook, and then tries to land a cross, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a sharp left uppercut.

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Tsuchiya.  That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.

Sanda pivots to the side of his opponent.  Tsuchiya lands a left hook.
