Bright Uduak vs Gazi Hashmi

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nigeria-Kano State promoted show at Kano Ekpeyong, Kano,  taking place on 28/01/2035:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Nigeria-Kano State Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Bright Uduak (27(1) - 2(1) - 1) who hails from Kano, Nigeria and Gazi Hashmi(12 - 14 - 4) from Kano, Nigeria.  Uduak weighed in at 168 pounds, while Hashmi weighed in at 168 pounds and 8 ounces.    As Hashmi came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the titles on the line tonight.  
The referee tonight is Gbolahan Lagelu, and the three ringside judges are Rehan Pasha, Theophilus Adeniran and Azubuike Umeasiegbu.
