Juan Lipat vs Nicandro Tanicala

Boxing Daily Report from the Dokuaa Promotions promoted show at Montel Pizarro Gym, Davao City,  taking place on 31/01/2035:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Davao del Sur Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Juan Lipat (5 - 11 - 1) who hails from Davao City, Philippines and Nicandro Tanicala(21 - 4 - 3) from Davao City, Philippines.  Both Lipat and Tanicala weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Sam Tongpalan, and the three ringside judges are Noel Sayo, Mike Orayani and Will Alujipan.  

Round 1: 

Lipat feints a jab, tricking Tanicala into throwing a left hook counter.  Lipat springs the trap, countering with  a right uppercut.  
Tanicala tries to keep the action at long range and lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.
