Steyn Kaelber vs Broderick Birth

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Switzerland-East promoted show at Zurich Adelsberger, Zurich,  taking place on 02/02/2035:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Switzerland-East Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Steyn Kaelber (10 - 4(2) - 1) who hails from Winterthur, Switzerland and Broderick Birth(3 - 13 - 1) from Basel, Switzerland.  Kaelber weighed in at 130 pounds, while Birth weighed in at 129 pounds And 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Walten Gergel, and the three ringside judges are Odie Pelzel, Vemados Coberley and Koltin Strevel.  

Round 1: 

Kaelber lands a stinging right hook.  
Kaelber closes the distance and hits home with a solid left hook.  Kaelber ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Kaelber pushes his forearm into Birth's face.  The ref breaks Kaelber's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Kaelber dabs at his face checking for damage.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Kaelber.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.
