Jamie Boyle vs Rob Hopkins

Boxing Daily Report from the Zulu Promotions promoted show at Richmond Cleary, Richmond,  taking place on 05/02/2035:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Virginia Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jamie Boyle (5 - 5(1) - 2) who hails from Norfolk, USA and Rob Hopkins(21 - 19 - 4) from Chesapeake, USA.  Both Boyle and Hopkins weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hugh McGuinness, and the three ringside judges are Matt Rhydderch, Waleed Mady and Justin Morgan.  

Round 1: 

Boyle closes the distance.  Hopkins connects with a left hook.  
Boyle lands a left hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  
Boyle gets on the inside and connects with a right hook.  
Hopkins lands a left hook followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Boyle hits home with a right hook.  
Hopkins gets on the inside and walks Boyle down, trapping him in the corner.  Hopkins wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Boyle dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Boyle advances into close range and drives a left hook into Hopkins's body.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Boyle's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Hopkins's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.

Hopkins sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Boyle lands a left hook.  
Boyle steps inside and lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents head.  
Hopkins is looking to close the distance.  Hopkins throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref stops the action.  The ref sends Boyle to the neutral corner.  He lectures Hopkins but does not take away a point.  
Boyle steps to the outside and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Boyle's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.

Hopkins steps inside.  Hopkins throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref stops the action.  The ref sends Boyle to the neutral corner.  He warns Hopkins that he could be heading for a point deduction.  
Hopkins feints a jab and triggers a right hook counter from Boyle.  Hopkins springs the trap, countering with  a right uppercut.  
Hopkins closes the distance.  Boyle hits home with a left hook.  
Hopkins gets on the inside and walks his opponent into a corner.  Hopkins throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref stops the action.  The ref sends Boyle to the neutral corner.  He tells Hopkins he will lose a point if he continues to foul.  
Hopkins sidesteps to the right of his opponent and connects with a left hook.
