Alfonso Gaona vs Javier Valcarcel

Boxing Daily Report from the Shakalongo Promotions promoted show at Barquisimeto Melchior, Barquisimeto,  taking place on 19/02/2035:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Venezuela-Lara Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Meridiano TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alfonso Gaona (18(7) - 0) who hails from Barquisimeto, Venezuela and Javier Valcarcel(26(1) - 5(2)) from Barquisimeto, Venezuela.  Gaona weighed in at 126 pounds, while Valcarcel weighed in at 125 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Eloy Llerena, and the three ringside judges are Elias Casados, Vicente Rengel and Vicente Alviar.
