Waqas Mohammed vs Waleed Younes

Boxing Daily Report from the Feruka Promotions promoted show at Umair Rahmanzade Gym, Tabriz,  taking place on 22/02/2035:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Iran-East Azerbaijan Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Waqas Mohammed (9 - 2(1) - 2) who hails from Tabriz, Iran and Waleed Younes(9 - 19 - 3) from Tabriz, Iran.  Both Mohammed and Younes weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ibrahim Garakhanov, and the three ringside judges are Shayan Sharif, Danyaal Topchibashev and Mohsin Sesay.  

Round 1: 

Younes gets on the inside and lands a left hook.

As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Mohammed.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.
