Waqas Qureshi vs Quaashie Balala

Boxing Daily Report from the Konga Promotions promoted show at Haaris Haque Gym, Nairobi,  taking place on 23/02/2035:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kenya-Nairobi Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Waqas Qureshi (8 - 12(1) - 3) who hails from Nairobi, Kenya and Quaashie Balala(11 - 7) from Nairobi, Kenya.  Qureshi weighed in at 134 pounds And 14 ounces, while Balala weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rob Birdi, and the three ringside judges are Faisal Shaheen, Kashif Haque and Sulaiman Saitot.  

Round 1:
