Aleksei Aizgals vs Thor Simensen

Boxing Daily Report from the Latvia Boxing promoted show at Igor Allikas Gym, Riga,  taking place on 01/03/2035:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Northern Europe Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Viasat Sport Baltic, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Aleksei Aizgals (10 - 0 - 2) who hails from Riga, Latvia and Thor Simensen(23(5) - 7(2) - 1(NC)) from Oslo, Norway.  Aizgals weighed in at 122 pounds, while Simensen weighed in at 121 pounds And 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Valeri Akitis, and the three ringside judges are Dmitri Oshkaja, Pyotr Dancis and Georgiy Rieksts.
