Sergei Kozel vs Timofei Popoff

Boxing Daily Report from the Tamanyan Promotions promoted show at Fadei Golub Gym, Engels,  taking place on 28/02/2035:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Russia-Saratov Oblast Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Sergei Kozel (10 - 6 - 4) who hails from Saratov, Russia and Timofei Popoff(5 - 6(1) - 3) from Saratov, Russia.  Both Kozel and Popoff weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Afon Aleinikov, and the three ringside judges are Viktor Tyurina, Georgiy Lampeev and Evgeny Bazarevich.
