Lisandro Vina vs Salvador Abila

Boxing Daily Report from the Nicky Bonds promoted show at Coliseo La Tortuga, La Florida,  taking place on 24/02/2035:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the Chile Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fox Sports Chile, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Lisandro Vina (14(10) - 2) who hails from La Florida, Chile and Salvador Abila(3 - 2 - 2) from Viba del Mar, Chile.  Vina weighed in at 105 pounds, while Abila weighed in at 104 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Diego Virgen, and the three ringside judges are Dario Salguero, Diego Vidales and Cuba Veliz.  

Round 1: 

Vina gets on the inside.  Vina lands a left hook.  As Abila tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Vina.  That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.  
Vina is on target with a solid left hook.  Vina ties up his opponent.  Vina leans on his opponent using all his weight. Vina is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Vina to stop fouling.  
Vina connects with a right hook.  
Abila steps to the outside.  Vina finds the target with a jab.  
Vina sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Vina lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  Vina ties up his opponent.  Vina is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Vina throws a left hook, but his opponent steps away from the shot.  Vina clinches his opponent.  Vina is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Vina digs in a sharp right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Vina cuts off the ring, trapping Abila on the ropes.  Vina lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Vina closes the distance and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Vina advances into close range and connects with a sharp left hook.  
Vina closes the distance and is on target with a left hook to Abila's body.  
Vina hits home with a right hook.  
Vina lands a firm right hook.  
Vina walks Abila down, trapping him in a corner.  Vina lands a left uppercut to the body, a left uppercut to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Vina pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Abila recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Abila steps away from his opponent.  Vina lands an overhand left followed by a jab to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
Abila steps to the outside.  Vina finds the target with a spiteful jab.  
Vina steps inside and manages to force Abila into the corner.  Vina lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Abila recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Vina quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Vina lands with a ramrod jab.  Vina attempts to land a cross, but Abila blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Vina advances into close range and lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Abila quickly recovers. 
Vina quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Vina lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Vina waits at the mid-range with a lowered guard, waiting for his opponent to throw a punch.  Abila tries to land a cross, but Vina sidesteps and counters with a firm right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Vina advances into close range and is on target with a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Abila tries to land a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Vina closes the distance and connects with a firm left hook.  
Vina steps inside.  Abila throws a right uppercut, but Vina clinches his opponent.  Vina uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Abila behind the head. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Vina to stop fouling.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Abila's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Abila's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Abila's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Vina lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Vina closes the distance and is on target with a firm right uppercut.  
Vina lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Vina lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Vina gets on the inside and drives a firm left uppercut into his opponents body.  
Vina lands a jab.  
Vina gets on the inside and hits home with a solid left hook.  Vina clinches his opponent.  Vina throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head.

Vina attempts to land a right hook, but Abila parries the shot and counters with a cross.  
Vina forces Abila to retreat into a corner.  Vina pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a right uppercut to the head.  
Vina drives a left hook into Abila's ribs.  Vina holds on to his opponent.  Vina leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Vina lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body, AND DROPS ABILA!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 5.  Abila quickly recovers.
