Xeres Santistevan vs Elias Checo

Boxing Daily Report from the Victor Bravo promoted show at Ponce Fulgencio, Ponce,  taking place on 12/03/2035:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Puerto Rico-Ponce Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Xeres Santistevan (18 - 1(1) - 1) who hails from Ponce, Puerto Rico and Elias Checo(17 - 0 - 1) from Ponce, Puerto Rico.  Santistevan weighed in at 125 pounds and 11 ounces, while Checo weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ivan Magro, and the three ringside judges are Xavion Roxas, Beltran Correira and Porfio Miguel.
